How to request deletion
Email Pin the Hex support with the subject “Pin the Hex data deletion”. For Daily Pin or multiplayer data, include the exact Game Center or Play Games display name you use in Pin the Hex and whether you play on iPhone or Android. For a beta-waitlist request, write from or include the Google Play email used to sign up. Do not send your password, verification codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.
What Pin the Hex deletes
After the request is verified, Pin the Hex deletes records controlled by the developer that are associated with the verified player. These may include Daily Pin leaderboard entries, the random Daily Pin installation identifier, Android multiplayer identifiers, Play Games display name, multiplayer lobby and connection records, guesses, match records, and the current Android multiplayer rating. For beta-waitlist requests, Pin the Hex deletes the signup email, name, device, note, attribution, status, and signup timestamps stored by the website.
What is not deleted through this request
Google controls Play Games profiles, solo leaderboard entries, Google Play purchase history, and other Google Account data. Manage those records through your Google and Play Games settings. Information stored only on your device, such as preferences and personal-best scores, can be removed by clearing Pin the Hex storage or deleting the app. Apple controls the corresponding Game Center and App Store records on iPhone.
Verification and timing
Support may ask for limited information needed to match the request to the correct Android player and prevent deletion of another player's data. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Request correspondence may be retained for up to 30 additional days to document completion, then deleted unless longer retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or law.
