A leaderboard is unavailable
Check your connection and Game Center sign-in, then reopen Ranks. Color and Hex use separate leaderboards with Today, This Week, and All Time views.
Remove Ads did not appear
If the Ad-Free tab is visible, open it and wait for the App Store product to load. Confirm you are signed in to the Apple Account that should make the purchase.
Restore a previous purchase
In Ad-Free, choose Restore Purchase. When the entitlement is recognized, the ads and Ad-Free tab disappear and the app returns to Play. There is no Pin the Hex username or password.
An ad or consent message failed
The game should remain playable when a consent update, ad load, or network request fails. Retry after reconnecting and use Ad Privacy Choices when that control appears.
Reset local game data
Deleting the app removes local preferences, personal-best scores, pending Game Center scores, and ad-frequency state. Apple retains Game Center and purchase records under your account.
